Service Nature

Cleanrrcleansing provides custom gift wrapping and presentation services. As a service-based studio, we create custom presentations tailored to your specific needs and preferences.

Service Completion

Once a gift wrapping service has been completed and delivered to you, the service is considered fulfilled. We work closely with clients throughout the process to ensure satisfaction before completion.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once a service has been completed. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction:

• If you are not satisfied with the completed work, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the wrapped gift
• We will work with you to address any concerns and may offer to re-wrap the gift if the issue is due to our error or oversight
• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for services that have not yet been completed

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled wrapping service:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date may be subject to a cancellation fee
• Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule

Damaged Items

If a wrapped gift is damaged during our wrapping process or while in our care, we will:

• Assess the damage and work with you to find a solution
• Offer to re-wrap the gift at no additional charge if the gift itself is undamaged
• Discuss appropriate compensation if the gift item itself has been damaged

Australian Consumer Law

Our services are provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). You have certain rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, including:

• The right to services that are provided with due care and skill
• The right to services that are fit for purpose
• The right to services that match their description
• The right to services that are delivered within a reasonable time
• The right to remedies if services fail to meet consumer guarantees

These consumer guarantees apply automatically and cannot be excluded by contract. If you believe we have not met these standards, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

Remedies available under the ACL may include re-performance of the service, refund, or compensation for damages. The specific remedy depends on the nature of the failure and whether it is a major or minor failure.

We comply with all ACL requirements regarding service descriptions, pricing transparency, and consumer rights. Our advertising and service delivery practices align with ACL standards and ACCC guidelines.
